CRIC system
Our CRIC system contains the most comprehensive real estate information database and analysis system in China, covering information on specific developments and parcels of land, industry statistics, research reports and current news. We built the CRIC system using in-house capabilities and hold the copyright registrations in China for the core software.
Our CRIC system contains an array of features and information unparalleled by competitors. For each project, our database records comprehensive and detailed information such as GFA, floor plans, construction materials, percentage of green space, sales agents, property developers and managers, key tenants, average selling prices, transaction values, and intelligence on surrounding areas. Satellite and two-dimensional maps, as well as images for specific developments and their surrounding areas, correspond to the information in our database, creating a vast system of interlinked features and data.
In addition to providing development-specific information, the CRIC system provides real estate related statistical and macro data, research reports and news coverage. Our reports include research on topics of the real estate industry, such as regulatory developments and case studies on specific development projects, as well as market conditions in specific cities and regions. A wide range of real estate related news articles are also stored in our database, providing our users with continual up-to-date information.
We provide various subscription-based products and customer-tailored reports to constantly expanding our coverage and product offerings to developers, financial institutions, government agencies, product suppliers and other players in the real estate value chain. As of March 31, 2010, our CRIC system covers more than 100 cities and over 3,200 corporate subscribers.
Real Esate Information Services
Under our basic information services, our clients subscribe to information through the CRIC system for a single city, multiple cities, or nationwide coverage in China. Premium services include, in addition to the CRIC system, periodic research reports and analysis that suit the needs and requirements of individual clients. These reports may include analysis of real estate developments and transactions for a city, a district, or individual developers and projects, or analysis of periodic trends in transaction volume and price. Our data integration services create value for our clients by helping them monitor competitors' development projects, gather market intelligence needed for their decision-making process, and otherwise follow the latest developments in China's real estate industry.
